Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here!

I want to ask you, have you got on a fitness program and done great for about a few weeks and then quit? And then done the starting and quitting over and over? Never really making huge progress since you stop before you get to that point? I’ve done all that. So. Many. Times. 

Then there was a day (not so long ago) when I just decided that this was it. I was done quitting. I was gonna get fitter all the way.

This site is about my fitness journey, my ups and my downs. I created it to be able to share it with you and to track the whole physical (and mental) process. This is me trying to train my mind into having discipline and training my body to get stronger. I hope you could also get something out of it!

Originally I started out wanting to challenge myself to 16 weeks of exercise but I happened to really fall in love with it and I can’t just quit anymore. It became a longer challenge than that and it includes eating clean (with the 80/20 rule) and working out at least 3 times a week (which has gone up to 4-6 after a few months of exercise).

 I want to see how good I can get and how strong my body will become if I don’t quit halfway through. I’m really doing it.
